The Kickoff Meeting was last night, below are the things that were discussed and passed out! May training starts on 5/4 on your own. Use the following to know what to run, groups A-E are miles, and new runners run for time.

Please do your best to attend all summer practices as it will help you prepare for the season! If you can not make it the schedule will be posted on the website for you to follow on your own. If you want to go to Helen with us before school starts in the Fall you need to log or attend enough practices!
